Where we ship

United Kingdom & Channel Islands (including Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland).
We don’t ship internationally (for now).

Processing & delivery

Orders placed Mon–Fri before 12:00 (noon) usually dispatch the same day; otherwise within 1 working day.
Standard Tracked: 2–4 working days from dispatch.

Delivery times exclude weekends, bank holidays and rare carrier delays.

£2.95 flat rate (Standard Tracked, 2–4 working days)
Free UK delivery on orders over £40

Tracking

All parcels are tracked. You’ll receive a tracking link when we ship.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. We can amend it until dispatch. If a parcel returns due to an incorrect/incomplete address or missed collection, we’ll refund the item(s) minus postage, or reship for an additional postage charge.

Safe places

You can leave delivery notes at checkout, but these are at the carrier’s discretion. If a parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour at your request, liability passes on delivery confirmation.

Delays, missing or lost parcels

If tracking hasn’t moved for several days, email us and we’ll investigate. A parcel is considered lost if it hasn’t arrived 10 working days after the end of the expected window. Please raise claims within 28 days of the expected date.
